The surgeries involve placing micro-electrode arrays on the surface of the brain, and electrodes around or near the nerves in your arm and hand. This will be a time-intensive study, involving research sessions of 2-3 hours duration, and averaging 3 sessions per week. You must live within 3 hours of Cleveland, OH (or be able to temporarily relocate to a residence within 3 hours of Cleveland, OH) to participate. The study requires a commitment of 13 months, with an option to participate for longer.
